New food and drink businesses welcomed to Doc Fictoria, Caernarfon

WATKIN Property Ventures is thrilled that three new food and drink businesses will be based at their units at Doc Fictoria, Caernarfon. Seaview Indian Restaurant has already opened, and two additional businesses will also open at the site in the near future.

Mark Watkin-Jones, Chief Executive of Watkin Property Ventures, was keen to welcome the businesses to the area. He said: “We are excited that these units will have three new vibrant food and drink venues. This development is poised to create a thriving new hospitality hub here in Caernarfon, which will no doubt attract visitors and support the local community. We are confident that this initiative will boost the local economy and offer residents a range of fresh and exciting dining options right on their doorstep.”

The Seaview Restaurant, which opened in June, invites locals and tourists to enjoy its authentic Indian cuisine. The owner, Shajanur Raja, added: “We are delighted to share the flavours of India with this wonderful community. The support from Watkin Property Ventures has been invaluable for us in opening Seaview. Their commitment to fostering local businesses has genuinely made a difference, and we look forward to serving our delicious food to locals and tourists alike.”

The other two businesses coming to the Doc are a microbrewery and another new restaurant. Both units are currently being fitted with equipment as they prepare to open their doors over the coming months.
