CARMARTHENSHIRE County Council is offering an opportunity for a business or entrepreneur to lease kiosk 3 on Chapel Street, Carmarthen, until the end of June 2026.
The kiosk measures approximately 10 square meters and comes with a fitted electrical supply. It features a glass front with a security shutter for added protection. The rent for the unit is £30 per week.
The retail space is suitable for a variety of uses, and entrepreneurs with start-up businesses are encouraged to apply, as well as independent retailers with unique offerings that complement what is already available in the town.
Carmarthenshire County Council’s Cabinet Member for Rural Affairs, Community Cohesion and Planning Policy, Cllr Carys Jones, said: “We are excited to offer this kiosk in the heart of Carmarthen Town Centre.
“This is a great opportunity for innovative entrepreneurs and independent retailers to establish a presence in a busy area, contributing to the town’s diverse retail landscape while benefiting from a supportive community.”
