Man accused of failing to attend previous court hearing
MAGISTRATES considered a failure to surrender allegation when the matter came before Aberystwyth Magistrates’ Court.
Nathan Powell, 23, of Pier Street, Aberystwyth, appeared before the court on Wednesday (Feb 4) in connection with an allegation that he failed to surrender to custody as required.
The court heard that the allegation related to a failure to attend court on a previous occasion.
No plea was entered at this stage.
Magistrates ordered that the case be adjourned for further proceedings. Powell was granted bail while the matter continues.
