North Wales hospitality consultant named finalist in She Inspires Awards 2026

NORTH WALES hospitality consultant and entrepreneur Laura Harvey has been named a finalist in the Women in Events, Hospitality & Networking category at the She Inspires Awards 2026.

Laura is the founder of Laura Anne Hospitality Consulting, a business supporting hospitality operators across the UK with operational performance, customer experience, commercial growth, team development and business strategy. Since launching the consultancy, she has worked with independent venues, multi-site operators, global franchise brands and hospitality businesses looking to improve performance and drive sustainable growth.

Alongside her consultancy work, Laura is also the UK Master Franchise Partner for Crepe Delicious, a global urban café franchise brand. In this role, she is leading the brand’s expansion across the UK and Ireland, supporting franchise recruitment, site development and long-term growth opportunities.

With more than 17 years of hospitality experience, Laura has built a reputation for helping businesses improve profitability, strengthen operational standards and create exceptional guest experiences. She also mentors entrepreneurs and business owners through Manchester Business Growth Hub, supporting the next generation of business leaders.

Laura’s work in the industry has earned her recognition as a finalist in several regional business awards, and she was featured in the BBC documentary by Tom Kerridge, The Hidden World of Hospitality, which explored the challenges and realities facing the hospitality sector.

Speaking about being shortlisted, Laura said: “To be recognised as a finalist is something I am incredibly proud of. Hospitality has been my career for nearly two decades and I am passionate about helping businesses, teams and entrepreneurs achieve their goals.

“Building my consultancy from the ground up and having the opportunity to support businesses across the UK has been an incredible journey.

“Alongside that, leading the UK expansion of an international franchise brand has opened up exciting opportunities to help more entrepreneurs enter the hospitality sector.

“This recognition reflects the support, trust and encouragement I have received from clients, colleagues, mentors and the wider hospitality community, and I am extremely grateful.”

The She Inspires Awards form part of a UK-based global movement that celebrates women creating positive impact through business, leadership, entrepreneurship and community contribution.

The winners will be announced at the She Inspires Awards ceremony later this year.
