Disney Princess concert coming to Swansea Arena

Hit international production to bring classic Disney songs to Welsh audiences in 2027

DISNEY fans across west Wales will have the chance to experience some of the company’s most beloved songs live on stage when Disney Princess – The Concert comes to Swansea Building Society Arena next year.

The internationally acclaimed production will visit Swansea on Sunday, March 14, 2027, as part of its first-ever tour of the UK and Ireland.

Featuring a cast of acclaimed Broadway and West End performers, the concert celebrates the music of Disney’s most iconic princesses, heroes and villains, accompanied by large-scale animation, theatrical effects and behind-the-scenes stories from performers who have appeared in Disney productions on stage and screen.

Audiences can expect to hear songs from more than 29 Disney films, including favourites such as Let It Go, A Whole New World, Part of Your World, How Far I’ll Go, Almost There and Just Around the Riverbend.

Since its premiere in 2021, Disney Princess – The Concert has toured 20 countries across five continents and completed two major tours of the United States, performing in more than 100 cities.

Organisers say the show is designed to appeal to Disney fans of all ages, with concertgoers encouraged to dress up in their favourite royal costumes and relive some of the most memorable musical moments from Disney’s animated classics.

The cast for the UK and Ireland tour is expected to be announced in August.

Tickets will go on general sale at 10am on Friday, June 5, with a pre-sale available for Swansea Building Society Arena mailing list subscribers.

The performance is expected to prove popular with families across south and west Wales, offering a rare opportunity to see the internationally successful production without travelling further afield.
