This Summer, you can enjoy the latest blockbusters, including Toy Story 5, Moana and more, for just £3.50, family bike rides, outdoor tennis, intensive swimming lessons and family favourite shows including ‘In The Night Garden’, ‘The Cat In The Hat’, ‘Welsh Wrestling’ and more.
There are also free activities taking place, including Active Families, a new free outdoors family-friendly walk and activity based event which is taking place across a range of venues in Newport. For those seeking creative fun, families can enjoy free ukulele lessons and crafting workshops weekly at The Riverfront Theatre and Arts Centre.
A highlight for many will be Sport in the Park which takes place at Beechwood Park on Wednesday, August 19 and Rogerstone Welfare Grounds on Wednesday, August 12, a fantastic day out for families with loads of activities on offer for just £8 for 2 children.
The Riverfront Theatre and Arts Centre have a jam-packed workshop programme, with activities including ceramics, graffiti, skateboarding, dance summer school, film club and so much more. They’ll also be hosting a free Summer Market on Saturday, August 8 with live music and vintage stalls.
