MOTORISTS across the county are being warned to drive carefully due to surface flooding on some roads as a result of heavy rainfall.
The B4309 between Cwmffrwd and Llanelli is one of the roads affected.
The Carmarthenshire Roads Policing Unit advises motorists to take their time and drive in a manner appropriate to the conditions.
