A WOMAN has died following a two vehicle collision in Llandissilio in Pembrokeshire last week (Sept 5).
The victim has been named as 21-year-old Anwen Heledd Thomas from Whitland.
She was driving a white Ford KA when she crashed with a white Mercedes lorry which was travelling in the opposite direction.
The incident happened at around 8:30am and the road was closed for several hours.
The Wales Air Ambulance was called to rush Ms Thomas to hospital.
Anyone with information is asked to call police on 101.
