ABERPORTH based Cardigan Bay Properties is celebrating a double win at the industry leading Welsh Estate Agency Awards, held at the Hilton Hotel in Cardiff last week.
The awards were attended by the best estate agents from across Wales, with Cardigan Bay Properties winning the prominent Residential Estate Agency of the Year award and the Small Agency of the Year award, underlining the success the agency has had since it started.
Commenting on the award wins, co-founder Helen Worrall said: “To win both awards against such strong competition is incredible – we’re still pinching ourselves!
“It’s wonderful recognition of the customer-first approach we’ve brought to the property market in West Wales and of the care all of us put into the service we deliver to buyers and sellers.”
The Welsh Estate Agency Awards recognise the achievements of estate agents and the property community across Wales. This year there were 13 award categories, with top agencies and property professionals from across the country attending the event. For the first time this year a silver award was added for each category, reflecting the high standards being achieved by many in the industry.
Launched in February 2021 by local mums Helen Worrall and Tania Dutnell, from the start Cardigan Bay Properties has worked to do things differently in the estate agency market. At the heart of this is “a commitment to treat everyone as we would want to be treated ourselves by being open, honest and transparent”.
