Officers say anti-social behaviour will not be tolerated in local communities
AN INVESTIGATION has been launched by Dyfed-Powys Police following a series of anti-social behaviour incidents and property damage at a takeaway in Burry Port.
Officers say several windows were smashed at Shamz Spice, with damage reported both inside and outside the premises.
It has also been reported that one man was subjected to racial abuse during the incidents.
Police have condemned the behaviour and confirmed enquiries are ongoing.
Inspector Coppock, from Carmarthenshire Neighbourhood Policing and Prevention Team, said: “We will not tolerate any form of anti-social behaviour in our communities, and in particular targeted racially aggravated behaviour directed at our local businesses or community.”
Officers are now appealing for anyone with information that could assist the investigation to come forward.
