BELLWAY is offering a range of flexible benefits worth up to £20,000 to anyone looking to buy a new home in Wales this spring.
The offer forms part of Bellway’s ‘Feels like home’ campaign, which highlights the benefits of buying a new energy-efficient home and making it your own.
The campaign showcases Bellway’s refreshed look, with new branding that has been unveiled to coincide with the company’s 80th anniversary. Bellway is also celebrating having secured 5-Star Builder accreditation from the Home Builders Federation for the 10th consecutive year, and being rated excellent on Trustpilot.
Daniel Shone, Head of Sales at Bellway Wales, said: “Customers sit at the heart of every decision we take. We know that having a fresh space which they can tailor to their own style is something our buyers value highly. We also understand that people need help in different ways to make buying a new home work for them.
“Recommendations from our buyers led to us retaining our 5-Star Builder status, and customer feedback helped to shape our rebrand. Our ‘Feels like home’ campaign brings together everything that we know to be important to our customers and offers flexible incentives to enable them to make their move.”
The incentive can be used towards a deposit, as a mortgage contribution, or to personalise a home with flooring, appliances or other upgraded features.
The offers are available until the end of May on selected plots at:
Longwood Grange in Lisvane
Parc Mawr in Swansea
Alder Grove in Newport

Sarah and Adebisi Alonge lived in a Bellway house before deciding it was time to move. They explored Bellway’s developments and found a three-bedroom house that they loved. They received £10,000 towards Stamp Duty. Bellway also helped to sell their property through the Express Mover scheme.
The couple made their move in spring last year and are now settled in their new home.
Adebisi said: “One of the reasons I love this house is that every room offers something different. We love the level of light in the property, and we get a lot of sun in the garden.”
Sarah added: “Downstairs is the heart of the home where we eat, host and hang out. The lounge on the first floor – that’s like our cosy lounge where we go as a family. The layout works for us.”
