ST DAVID’S Day (March 1) marks the opening of the brand new Costa store and Drive Thru in Milford Haven.
The store, which is situated neaer Milford Haven railways station is one of the first of the chain’s ‘store of the future’ format premises to open
With its doors opening at 5.30am everyday, there is sure to be a coffee ready for even the earliest of risers.
David Jones, the first customer through the new Costa drive-through , was driving a 1968 Massey Ferguson 135 and arrived just as the store was opening.
Featuring a modern, contemporary feel the store offers seating for 65 inside with an additional 24 outside. Those who wish to grab and go can use the Drive Thru facility.
The Mayor of Milford Haven Councillor Rose Gray officially opened the store with a ribbon cutting ceremony at 10am on Friday (Mar 1).
Milford Haven Community School choir wowed the crowds with renditions of pop songs and Calon Lan to mark the official opening. The school children were thanked with free hot chocolate from the staff.
