CONWY County Council councillors have missed 131 meetings they were expected to attend within the last six months.
The attendance statistics are calculated for all meetings councillors are expected to attend, including task and finish groups, working groups, and improvement boards.
Published on the authority’s website, the statistics show councillors were expected to attend 932 meetings, with 801 attended.
Councillors don’t have to travel to the authority’s Coed Pella HQ to attend, as hybrid meetings allow for online or virtual attendance.
The figures were taken from the period between 21 October 2025 and 15 April 2026.
A spokeswoman for Conwy County Council commented: “Details are published for each meeting stating which councillor attended, sent apologies, was absent or was not a member of the committee but attended anyway.”
