THE INSTITUTE of Directors (IoD) Wales is pleased to announce the return of its annual Winter Lunch Series, set to take place in north and south Wales.
These gatherings are a much-loved fixture in the business calendar, bringing together directors, senior leaders and decision-makers from across Wales to connect, reflect and be inspired as the year draws to a close.
The north Wales event will take place on Friday, November 28 at the Quay Hotel & Spa, Deganwy, followed by the south Wales event on Friday, December 5 at De Courceys Manor, Cardiff.

Each event promises an engaging afternoon of discussion, insight and connection, with guests enjoying a two-course lunch while hearing from leading voices in business and beyond. It’s a chance to pause, celebrate success, and share ideas for the year ahead.
In south Wales, IoD Wales will welcome Ian Callum CBE as guest speaker. Ian is one of Britain’s most celebrated car designers, known for shaping the modern identities of Aston Martin and Jaguar, including iconic models such as the DB7, Vanquish, and F-Type. Now leading his own design firm, CALLUM, he will share his unique perspective on leadership, creativity and innovation drawn from more than five decades in design.
Speaking about the upcoming lunches, Jo Price, Nations Manager for IoD Wales, said: “Our Winter Lunches are always something to look forward to.
“They’re not just social occasions, but a chance to be inspired by new ideas and surrounded by people who share a passion for leadership and progress.
“It’s a relaxed setting where conversations often spark collaboration and ambition for the year ahead.”
Both events are open to members and non-members, with discounted rates available for IoD members.
The South Wales Winter Lunch is proudly sponsored by FTI Consulting and Copa-Data UK, with the North Wales event kindly supported by RFCA for Wales.
Bookings are now open on the Institute of Directors website.
