Sam Rowlands, Member of the Welsh Parliament for North Wales, is backing an information and recruitment session for veterans in Wrexham.
Mr Rowlands, a keen supporter of helping past service men and women said:
“I am delighted to back this information and recruitment session being held in the popular community hub, Tŷ Pawb later this month.
“I think it is a great initiative as anything which can give our former service people the help and advice they need to go about their daily lives has my full backing.
“I have often expressed my concern in Welsh Parliament for our veterans as I do feel they sometimes do not get enough support. It is great to see events like this being organised in North Wales.”

Veterans, their families and support networks are invited to attend an information and recruitment session in Tŷ Pawb on Thursday February 15, between 10am-2pm.
The event will bring together employers from across the area who are currently recruiting, and Wrexham Communities for Work Plus will be offering support with applications, increasing confidence, CV writing and interview skills.
The Wrexham Business and Investment team will also be on hand to assist you if you’re looking to start up your own business. It will also bring together a wide range of agencies who can offer veterans support.
This event has been organised by Wrexham Communities for Work Plus in partnership with Wrexham Business and Investment Team.
