A SIX-DAY training course for those looking to work in the security industry will take place in Port Talbot later this month.
The SIA Door Supervisor Course, which also includes Emergency First Aid at Work (EFAW), runs from September 15 to 20. The programme is being delivered by RM Training and Security Solutions, an award-winning provider recently recognised as the best training provider of 2024/25 by Pembrokeshire County Council and Future Works.
The cost of the course is £245, or £295 with the EFAW qualification included. Candidates will be trained by leading industry instructors and receive free daily refreshment. Results are available within four days, enabling successful participants to quickly apply for their SIA licence and begin working.
Funding options are available, subject to conditions, and the company says completing the course opens the door to “exciting work opportunities” across Wales and beyond.
