HIS MAJESTY’S Trade Commissioner for Europe, Chris Barton CMG, met with Andrew Howell, Managing Director, and Emi Howell, the Head of EU Defence Sales, at BCB International Ltd. in Cardiff yesterday.
The morning consisted of a demonstration of BCB’s unique FireDragon fuel and it’s safe, sustainable and environmentally-friendly ability and its capacity to fill an emerging gap in Europe.
Before inspecting the Dragon-15 UAV and meeting with Pete Botham to discuss BCB’s Multi Spectral Camouflage solutions and their versatility to suit any situation, Mr. Barton also met with various BCB team members, including Chelsea Williams on the procurement team, to discuss the GPSR and the UK Procurement Act.
The morning concluded with Mr Barton joining BCB’s packing team on the line to pack a Winter Warmer survival kit under the watchful eye of Sarah Putlick. These kits will be delivered to those struggling with the cold this winter, at home and across the world.
BCB’s CANEI policy is it’s driving force for adaptability & innovation and today’s meeting was an insightful and informative opportunity to share BCB’s capabilities with Mr Barton and his team.
