Care Quality Services is an industry-leading home care provider operating across five regions in Wales, as well as across England and Scotland. It provides home care primarily for older and vulnerable people, as well as complex, nurse-led care, learning disabilities support and reablement care to help patients recover after a serious illness or injury, or after a hospital stay.
In line with Public Health Wales’ Long-Term Strategy, Care Quality Services is focused on preventative care. Its carers and nurses use smart technology and predictive analytics to predict and prevent health risks and injuries, keep older and vulnerable people out of hospital, and improving health outcomes.
The provider hosted the launch event last Thursday to meet local people, hear their hopes and expectations for the future of home care in the area, and tell them more about the care and employment opportunities they can expect from Care Quality Services.
Care Quality Services is still recruiting across the area, and can provide complete training for newcomers to the industry as well. To apply or find out more about a role in care visit the Cera website or pop to the branch on the Chepstow Riverside.
