Newport developer to host homebuying scheme event at sought-after development

LEADING developer Lovell Homes is hosting a special event at its sought-after Royal Victoria Court development in Newport, aimed at sharing the benefits its Part Exchange and Helping Hands schemes.

Royal Victoria Court is located off Cardiff Road, on the site of the former Whiteheads steelworks, and consists of a stunning range of 264 two, three and four-bedroom houses and one and two-bedroom apartments.

The event will take place on Saturday 18th May from 10am to 5pm and will allow Newport property seekers to view the stunning range of four-bedroom homes that are now available at the development, speak to the sales team and have all their questions about Part Exchange and Helping Hands answered. An independent mortgage advisor from ABP Mortgages will be on site, and Part Exchange specialists The New Homes Group will also be on hand to answer questions over the phone.

Both Part Exchange and Helping Hands make the process of purchasing a brand-new Lovell home easier for those who already own a property. In both schemes, Lovell will arrange for independent evaluations of the existing property. With the Helping Hands scheme, Lovell then assists with the marketing of the home and reserves the new Lovell home once a sale is agreed. With Part Exchange, Lovell will make an offer on the property and reserve the new home upon acceptance*.

One of the homes property seekers can purchase is the four-bedroom Redbourne style home priced from £349,995. The stunning family home opens into a hallway, to one side of which is a spacious living room. A combined kitchen and dining area extends the entire rear of the home, with the fitted contemporary kitchen wrapping around the corner of the area, creating a stylish and functional focal point that adds to the modern feel of the home. The downstairs is complete with a utility room, storage room and convenient downstairs cloakroom.

Upstairs are four bedrooms, the largest of which is complete with an en suite, and a modern family bathroom.

Suzie Hewitt, regional sales director at Lovell Homes, said: “We are very excited to be hosting this event at Royal Victoria Court. This is an excellent opportunity for both those on the hunt for a four-bedroom home in Newport, and those who have a property of their own to sell to secure their perfect home with the help of our schemes.

“I would highly encourage anyone who is searching for a home in the area to come along to this event and have all of their questions answered.”
