Car discovered in Claerwen Valley as concern grows for Stewart’s welfare
DYFED-POWYS Police are appealing for information to help trace a 44-year-old man who has been reported missing after last being seen in the Elan Valley area.
Stewart, who has not been in contact for some time, is described as being approximately 5ft 10in tall, of medium build, with black hair and a long beard.
Officers believe he may have been in the Elan Valley within the past few days. Concern has been growing for his welfare following the discovery of his vehicle, which was found parked in Cerrigcwplau, in the Claerwen Valley.
Police are urging anyone who may have seen Stewart, his vehicle, or has any information that could assist in locating him to come forward as a matter of urgency.
A spokesperson for Dyfed-Powys Police said:
“We are becoming increasingly concerned for Stewart’s safety and are asking anyone who may have information, no matter how small it may seem, to contact us.”
