Hendreforgan Post Office has re-opened (July 6) under new management at the same location (38 Heol-y-Grug, Hendreforgan, Gilfach Goch, Porth, CF39 8UY).
The branch had been closed since January due to the resignation of the postmaster. It has new re-opened with new owners.
The opening hours are Monday to Saturday: 9am – 8pm; Sunday: 9am – 6pm. This provides 75 hours of Post Office service per week for the convenience of customers.
The same range of Post Office services as before are available.
Lowri McCausland, Post Office Retail Change Lead, said: “We are delighted to have restored Post Office service to Hendreforgan as we know how important a Post Office is to a community.”
