Abbi Bevan, Business Development Director, said: “Ty Ddraig marks an exciting new chapter for us at M and D Care.

“This purpose-built Specialist Residential Support Service has been designed for individuals with complex needs who may have experienced placement breakdowns or repeated hospital admissions throughout their lives.
We understand that people with complex needs require tailored adaptations to their home environment to receive effective, high-quality care and support.
“Ty Ddraig will adopt a flat-led model of support, creating bespoke living spaces that meet each person’s assessed needs.
“By using this approach, we can provide an environment that promotes independence and enhances quality of life, while reducing the likelihood of future hospital admissions.”
