Brighter Being’s preventative health event receives overwhelming community response

BRIGHTER BEING’S preventative health event had the pleasure to present to a full audience of local people, delivering the the knowledge, tools and strategies to prevent disease and protect health.

The session identified the rise in disease such as cancer, Alzheimer’s, diabetes, heart disease and obesity in working aged individuals. Ethan, the founder of Brighter Being, outlined what’s causing this and finished by educating attendees on what they can do to protect their health and prevent disease.

The event was met with overwhelming enthusiasm as attendees discovered evidence-based strategies with the potential to add a decade to their lives whilst also improving quality of life.

Darryl Acton from the audience took part in a post event interview.

He said: “I have learnt so much today and certainly have some things I’ll be changing and implementing in my life. This kind of work going on in communities is vital and I am so glad to see Brighter Being leading the charge in the preventive health.”

Denis, owner of Coffi Kitoko, who hosted the event, said: “What a great event! Thought provoking, educational and thoroughly enjoyable – would love to have Ethan back!”

Brighter Being invited all of the audience to sign up to their newsletter, which delivers regular, powerful insights, grounded in science, to be used in daily life to promote health and prevent disease. You too can join the free newsletter by clicking here.

This event was a beautiful example of local businesses coming together to deliver meaningful impact within local communities. Mamhilad Park Estate, a 140 acre campus style business park, sponsored the event, Coffi Kitoko provided a free venue and hospitality and Brighter Being delivering a free session – protecting the health of the people and bringing the community closer together.
