AN APPLICATION has been made to allow a residential house to be used as a children’s home.
Gareth Senior of Henllys, Cwmbran has applied to Torfaen Borough Council for a certificate of lawfulness for his property, at Mere Path in Greenmeadow that is used as a residential institution and has stated it complies with safety regulations required by Care Inspectorate Wales.
The application states no physical changes would be required to the property which has been rented out for residential purposes for more than 10 years.
