New inflatable attraction launches on Saturday with advance booking advised as families prepare for busy holiday season
A BRAND-NEW Aqua Park will open at Llys-y-frân Country Park this weekend, offering families and thrill-seekers a new way to enjoy the summer holidays in Pembrokeshire.
The inflatable water attraction, operated by Dŵr Cymru Welsh Water, opens on Saturday, July 18, with 45-minute sessions priced at £18.50 per person.

Set on Llys-y-frân Lake, the Aqua Park has been designed to provide a high-energy experience for visitors of all ages, with features including an extreme slide, giant climbing challenge, balance and bounce zones, i-hop jump area, tunnel dash and scramble obstacles.
The attraction will launch with a revised layout for the 2026 season following final quality and safety checks, ensuring it meets Dŵr Cymru Welsh Water’s safety standards while longer-term plans for the site continue to be developed.
The Aqua Park forms part of the wider visitor attraction at Llys-y-frân Country Park, where guests can also enjoy bike hire, a free bike skills track, an adventure playground, and miles of walking and cycling trails around the reservoir.
Visitors can also make use of the on-site café, which offers food and drink overlooking the lake, while those wishing to stay longer can book pitches at the site’s Visit Wales four-star graded campsite.
Due to anticipated demand during the school summer holidays, all Aqua Park sessions must be booked in advance. Group bookings are also available through the visitor centre.
Further information on session times and bookings is available on the Llys-y-frân website.
