FIRST MILK, the British farmer-owned dairy co-operative, is proud to present its award-winning cheeses at Gulfood 2026, the world’s largest annual food and beverage trade exhibition next week in Dubai.
Made using the highest-quality British milk, the cheese reflects First Milk’s belief the future of dairy lies in nature-based, regenerative farming. Owned by British farmers, First Milk takes a holistic approach to dairy production – prioritising animal health and welfare, supporting rural communities and working to protect the land for generations to come.
First Milk cheeses are underpinned by a commitment to regenerative, nature-based farming. First Milk farmers graze cows outdoors whenever possible, averaging 183 days a year, to improve soil health, and plant trees and hedgerows to enhance biodiversity and farm resilience while maintaining efficient, scalable production.
This approach supports growing global demand for responsibly produced dairy without compromising on quality or supply security. First Milk’s Golden Hooves-branded cheeses come from a fully traceable milk supply, where the milk can be traced back to a select group of farms with regenerative farming plans, offering a unique and very marketable proposition.
First Milk has three well-invested creameries based in Dorset, Cumbria and at Haverfordwest in West Wales, where most of the cheese available to buyers attending Gulfood, and the Golden Hooves range, is produced. The co-operative is very proud to be exhibiting alongside the Welsh Government, highlighting Wales as a world class source of premium food and drink.
Visitors are invited to Dubai World Trade Centre, Sheikh Rashid Hall, Stand R-E3, to sample First Milk’s much-acclaimed range of Cheddars, Red Leicester and Double Gloucester cheeses, perfectly paired with delicious Golden Hooves crackers.
The First Milk team will be on hand throughout the event to answer questions and demonstrate how First Milk and Golden Hooves can bring the very best of Wales and British dairy to customers around the world.
