Defendant fined after guilty plea
POLICE brought a drugs matter before Aberystwyth Magistrates’ Court for consideration on Wednesday (Feb 4).
Thomas Reed, 19, of Cambrian Street, Aberystwyth, appeared before magistrates in connection with an incident on January 18, 2026.
The court heard that Reed was in possession of a controlled drug of Class B. He pleaded guilty to the offence at the hearing.
Magistrates fined Reed and ordered him to pay prosecution costs along with a surcharge.
