Two 18-year-old men from Cardiff have been jointly charged with terror-related offences, Counter Terrorism Policing Wales (CTPW) has confirmed.
Rhys Edwards and Talan Vincent have each been charged with the preparation of acts of terrorism. The pair were arrested on 20 and 21 November, according to a CTPW spokesperson.
Mr Edwards appeared before Westminster Magistrates’ Court on Friday, 21 November, while Mr Vincent appeared the following day. Both were remanded in custody.
They are due to appear at the Central Criminal Court on Friday.
