A WARM welcome awaited at Oriel Môn this November with the kick off the festive season in true Oriel Môn style. People joined together for complimentary mulled wine and mince pies at the opening of the much-loved Christmas Craft Fair last Friday (November 7).
Since opening its doors in 1991, Oriel Môn has championed local and national makers, offering a showcase for exceptional craftsmanship. Our Christmas Craft Fair celebrates the very best in contemporary Welsh craft and design — from handcrafted jewellery, ceramics, textiles and glassware to beautifully made furniture, woodwork, soaps, candles and delightfully quirky festive decorations.

Nicola Gibson, Visitor Experience Manager at Oriel Môn, said: “The Craft Fair is a highlight in our calendar and truly marks the start of Christmas for us.
“We take great pride in the quality and variety of work on offer. Each year we welcome exciting new makers alongside returning favourites, ensuring there is always something fresh and inspiring to discover.”
Alongside the fair, the Oriel Môn Shop offers an extensive selection of gifts and local produce — perfect for festive tables and thoughtful stocking fillers. Whether you’re searching for a special present or treating yourself, Oriel Môn is your one-stop Christmas shopping destination.

The Christmas Craft Fair runs until 12:30pm on Christmas Eve. Oriel Môn will also close at 12:30pm on New Year’s Eve, and will be closed on December 25–26, December29–31, and January 1, 2026. Normal opening hours resume on January 2: Tuesday–Sunday, 10am–5pm. Admission is free.
