New Sales Manager and Head of Marketing join as agency reports strong start to 2026
A NORTH WALES estate and lettings agency has strengthened its senior team with a series of new appointments as confidence grows in the regional property market.
Cavendish has appointed Christie Gibson as Sales Manager for its Mold and Ruthin offices, marking a homecoming for Christie, who was brought up in Pantymwyn and still lives locally.
In her new role, Christie is responsible for the day-to-day sales operation across Cavendish’s two North Wales branches, working closely with clients and colleagues to support the agency’s continued growth.
The firm has also welcomed Hattie Carter-Aleksic as its new Head of Marketing and Content. Her role includes overseeing Cavendish’s social media presence and video marketing strategy, as the business looks to further enhance its digital reach and property promotion.
David Adams, Managing Director of Cavendish, said he was delighted to welcome both new team members.

“Christie has already hit the ground running across our Mold and Ruthin offices, meeting clients and going out on new instructions with other members of the team,” he said.
“She not only brings her experience and ideas, but also invaluable local knowledge and contacts, having been brought up just a few miles from our Mold office.”
He added: “We’re also excited to have Hattie on board to add further weight to our client marketing activity, ensuring we can provide a broad and innovative package of services to help our clients take the next step on their property journey.”
Mr Adams said the business had enjoyed a busy start to 2026, with renewed confidence in the property market and an increased appetite among sellers.
“This has resulted in a healthy level of valuation requests across our offices in North Wales and Chester,” he said.
Speaking about her appointment, Christie said she was thrilled to be returning to work in her home area.
“I’ve already seen lots of familiar faces in the short time I’ve been back and can’t wait to meet more locals over the coming weeks,” she said.
“Cavendish already has a reputation as the leading agent in North Wales, but there is still so much untapped potential and an exciting growth plan ahead.”
Hattie added that she was looking forward to introducing new ideas to the firm’s marketing approach.
“My aim is to ensure Cavendish is the number one agency in the region for the use of multiple marketing channels, including innovative uses of video and social media, to give properties maximum visibility,” she said.

Cavendish has also recruited Anna Horne as a Sales Negotiator. Anna is the daughter of Alex Horne, one of Chester’s best-known property professionals.
Founded in 1993 by Chairman Julian Adams and his then business partner Robert Ikin, Cavendish now employs more than 30 people across its estate agency and lettings operations. The firm currently has over 450 homes for sale and manages around 650 properties.
