Riverside appoints new Board of Directors to support long-term growth

RIVERSIDE in Bridgend has announced the appointment of a new Board of Directors as part of a strategic move to future-proof the business and support its next phase of growth.

The company’s Managing Director Nick John has led Riverside for more than 43 years as its sole Director and Shareholder. Nick will remain in his role and continue to oversee the business. As part of the new structure, three Directors have been appointed: Aimee John, Bradley John and Ian James.

As part of the changes, Ian James will take on increased responsibilities aligned with his new role as Operations Director, while continuing to lead all mechanical projects, including plumbing, heating and air conditioning installations.

The appointments are designed to strengthen leadership capacity across the business while ensuring continuity, stability and long-term resilience as Riverside looks ahead to 2026 and beyond.
