RESIDENTS from HC-One Wales’s Abermill Care Home in Abertridwr, Caerphilly, enjoyed a delightful day out at Caerphilly Garden Centre, immersing themselves in the sights and scents of the vibrant flower displays. The visit provided the perfect opportunity for residents to relax and enjoy a hot chocolate or a warming cup of tea while soaking up the garden’s peaceful atmosphere.
The outing also included a scenic drive through Caerphilly town, offering residents breathtaking views of Caerphilly Castle and the surrounding mountains. Many shared how much they appreciated the chance to get out and experience the local area, making memories together in their community.
