BEAUJOLAIS Day is practically a national holiday in Cardiff, and this year there’s a brand-new place to celebrate it properly.
Ludo Sports Bar & Kitchen, the city’s newest opening on St Mary’s Street, is throwing its first ever Beaujolais bash on Thursday, November 20, complete with a Bottomless Beaujolais celebration. Order any main (think crispy Cornish haddock and chips, Chicken Schnitzel, or a Green Chilli Cheeseburger) and upgrade your drinks package to 90 minutes of bottomless Beaujolais for £25 – pre-booking essential, with sittings available at 12pm, 1pm and 2pm.
From 2pm, live music kicks off, followed by a DJ from 5pm, with all the fun set against Cardiff’s biggest outdoor UHD screen in Ludo’s beer garden, which just happens to have a retractable roof in case the weather doesn’t play along.
Expect a packed crowd, plenty of Beaujolais, and a proper party atmosphere at the 700-cover venue that’s already become a go-to for burgers, wood-fired pizza, wings and craft beers.
It’s Ludo’s first Beaujolais Day since opening, and it’s set to be a big one!
