The event offers free tickets for emergency services workers, including NHS, Fire Service, Police, and Coastguard staff.
For everyone else, tickets are £10, which includes a buffet and live music from the band Loaded.
£5 from every ticket sold will be donated to the Fire Fighters Charity (formerly the Firemen’s Benevolent Fund).
Daniel Dyer, landlord of the Waterloo Inn, said: “New Year is about bringing people together, and we wanted to do that properly this year.
“From live music on New Year’s Eve, to a fun quiz on New Year’s Day, and then a special night for our emergency services who so often miss out, it’s all about community.
“Supporting the Fire Fighters Charity is really important to us, and we’re proud to give something back while giving people a great night out.”
