A UNIQUE and immersive musical experience inspired by the iconic films of Wes Anderson arrives at The Riverfront Theatre and Arts Centre tomorrow (March 25), as Wes Banderson take to the stage for a one-night performance celebrating the beloved director’s unmistakable soundtracks.
Returning to captivate audiences, the London-based five-piece ensemble presents Wes Banderson – The Music of Wes Anderson, a richly textured live show featuring original score compositions and carefully curated “needle drops” from across Anderson’s filmography. Audiences can expect to be transported through the worlds of Rushmore, The Grand Budapest Hotel, The Royal Tenenbaums, The Life Aquatic with Steve Zissou, Moonrise Kingdom, The Darjeeling Limited, and Fantastic Mr. Fox.

Renowned for their versatility, the band’s multi-instrumentalists seamlessly shift between instruments, delivering dynamic, inventive arrangements that reimagine the works of celebrated composers such as Alexandre Desplat, Mark Mothersbaugh, Shankar–Jaikishan, and Sven Libaek. The result is a vibrant and nostalgic live performance that captures the whimsy, melancholy, and charm synonymous with Wes Anderson’s cinematic universe.
Founded in 2020 by Adam Znaidi (bassist for The Physics House Band and The Go! Team), Wes Banderson have quickly gained a reputation for their inventive live shows and are currently touring venues across the UK.
