Alcohol licence application submitted for Aberdare town centre street

THERE’S been an application for a licence to sell alcohol in a Valleys town centre street.

An application has been made by Stacked Street Food Ltd to Rhondda Cynon Taf Council for a premises alcohol licence for Stacked Street Food Ltd at 12 Market Street, Aberdare.

The application includes proposals for the supply of alcohol.

The application can be viewed at the council offices at Ty Elai, Dinas lsaf East, Williamstown, Tonypandy.

Interested parties such as people living in the vicinity or responsible authorities such as the police and fire service can make representations at any time between March 17 and April 14.

All representations must be made in writing, including e-mail or fax.

lt is an offence for anyone to recklessly or knowingly make a false statement in connection with a licensing application. The maximum fine or conviction is £5000.
