A MAN from Carmarthen has had a warrant issued for his arrest after failing to attend court on charges including racially aggravated harassment.
The 34-year-old, of no fixed address but previously linked to Llangunnor Road, Carmarthen, was due to appear before Llanelli Magistrates’ Court on Friday (Sept 12).
He faced four charges: failing to answer bail on September 12, failing to surrender to court bail the same day, racially or religiously aggravated intentional harassment, and racially or religiously aggravated harassment, alarm or distress relating to an incident on July 3, 2025.
The Crown Prosecution Service offered no evidence on the charge of racially aggravated intentional harassment, and it was dismissed.
However, the defendant entered a guilty plea to the charge of racially aggravated harassment. Warrants were issued for his arrest without bail after he failed to appear in court.
