Emergency services were called to a bridge in Kilgetty late on Tuesday night amid concerns for the welfare of an individual.
Police were alerted to the incident at around 11.35pm on Tuesday, January 13, prompting officers to attend the scene.
A nearby road was closed for several hours while emergency services dealt with the situation.
A spokesperson for Dyfed-Powys Police said: “Police received a call for a concern for the welfare of an individual on the bridge at Kilgetty on Tuesday, January 13 at approximately 11.35pm. The individual was located safely.”
