Kelly Quill-Lowe will be sentenced next month after admitting two offences
A CARMARTHENSHIRE woman has admitted assaulting two police officers during an incident in Llanelli.
Kelly Quill-Lowe, aged 25, of Cynghordy, near Llandovery, appeared before Llanelli Magistrates’ Court on Friday, July 24.
She pleaded guilty to assaulting PC Griffiths and PC Thomas while the officers were acting in the execution of their duty.
Both offences took place in Llanelli on Wednesday, July 22.
A separate charge alleging that Quill-Lowe used threatening or abusive words or behaviour likely to cause harassment, alarm or distress was withdrawn.
Magistrates adjourned the case for a pre-sentence report to be prepared.
Quill-Lowe was released on unconditional bail and is due to return to Llanelli Magistrates’ Court for sentencing on August 17.
