Non-compliance offence dealt with at Llanelli Magistrates’ Court
A CARMARTHENSHIRE woman who failed to comply with a court order has been fined after appearing before magistrates in Llanelli.
Sian Evans, aged 29, of Llanelli, was before Llanelli Magistrates’ Court on Tuesday (Feb 3) in connection with an offence said to have taken place on January 8, 2026.
The court heard that Evans had failed to comply with the requirements of a community order previously imposed by the court. She entered a guilty plea to the breach.
Magistrates imposed a financial penalty, fining Evans £80. She was also ordered to pay prosecution costs and the statutory victim surcharge.
The original community order was allowed to continue, with magistrates warning Evans that any further failure to comply could result in more serious consequences, including the possibility of custody.
