POLICE in Gwent appealing for information to find Charles Bailey who has been reported as missing.
Charles, 94, was last seen near Duffryn Drive, Newport at around 9am on Thursday 9 November and officers are concerned for his welfare.
He is described as around 5 ft 9” tall of slim build with grey hair.
He was last seen wearing a blue shirt with a blue tie, grey trousers, a black jacket and black shoes.
