Defendant did not appear when case was called
FAILING to attend court as required has resulted in an arrest warrant being issued for a Carmarthenshire man.
Scott Williams, aged 32, of Llanelli, was due to appear before Llanelli Magistrates’ Court on Monday (Feb 2) in connection with a charge of failing to surrender to court bail.
When the case was called on, Williams did not attend and the matter was dealt with in his absence.
Magistrates authorised a warrant for his arrest without bail.
