Defendant remanded as court considers further action
THE COURT heard how a defendant failed to comply with bail conditions imposed in earlier proceedings.
Jamie Roberts, 26, of Penparcau Road, Aberystwyth, appeared before Aberystwyth Magistrates’ Court on Wednesday (Feb 4) in relation to a breach of bail.
Magistrates were told that Roberts had failed to attend at a police station as required under the terms of his bail. He admitted the breach when he appeared before the court.
Magistrates ordered that Roberts be remanded on conditional bail, and the case was adjourned for further proceedings.
