Road traffic offence dealt with at Llanelli Magistrates’ Court
FAILING to produce required driving documents has resulted in a fine for a Carmarthenshire man.
Dylan Morgan, aged 25, of Ammanford, appeared before Llanelli Magistrates’ Court on Tuesday (Feb 3) in connection with an offence said to have taken place on December 14, 2025.
The court heard that Morgan failed to produce a driving licence and insurance certificate when required to do so by police. He entered a guilty plea, which was accepted by the magistrates.
Magistrates imposed a fine of £100. He was also ordered to pay £85 in prosecution costs along with a £48 victim surcharge.
