Motoring offence dealt with at Llanelli Magistrates’ Court
CAUGHT driving without the required insurance in place, a Llanelli man has been fined by magistrates.
Kyle Jenkins, aged 22, of Llanelli, appeared before Llanelli Magistrates’ Court on Tuesday (Feb 3) in connection with an offence said to have taken place on January 18, 2026.
The court heard that Jenkins used a motor vehicle on a road while not insured against third-party risks. He entered a guilty plea, which was accepted by the bench.
Magistrates imposed a fine of £300. He was also ordered to pay £85 in prosecution costs and a £48 victim surcharge.
Six penalty points were endorsed on Jenkins’ driving licence.
