Case adjourned for trial next month
A 63-YEAR-OLD man is set to stand trial after denying a charge of criminal damage involving police CCTV equipment in Llanelli.
Sean Hogan, of Penywern, Llanelli, appeared before Llanelli Magistrates’ Court on January 8, charged with causing criminal damage to property valued at under £5,000.
The offence is alleged to have taken place on June 20, 2025, when CCTV equipment belonging to Dyfed-Powys Police was damaged on Vaughan Street in Llanelli.
Hogan pleaded not guilty to the charge and was released on unconditional bail.
His trial is scheduled to take place at Llanelli Magistrates’ Court on February 19.
