Defendant granted unconditional bail following guilty plea
A KIDWELLY man admitted an assault charge when he appeared before Llanelli Magistrates’ Court.
Graham Evans appeared before magistrates on Friday (Feb 6) in connection with an incident that took place on December 26, 2025.
The court heard that Evans pleaded guilty to assault by beating, contrary to section 39 of the Criminal Justice Act 1988. The conviction was formally recorded on Friday (Feb 6).
Magistrates granted Evans unconditional bail. The case was adjourned for further proceedings.
