Court order breach dealt with at Llanelli Magistrates’ Court
BREACHING the terms of a suspended sentence has resulted in further punishment for a Llanelli man.
Aaron Davies, aged 29, of Llanelli, was due to appear before Llanelli Magistrates’ Court on Tuesday (Feb 3) in connection with a breach said to have occurred on January 14, 2026.
The court heard that Davies failed to comply with requirements imposed as part of a suspended sentence order. The matter was dealt with in his absence after he failed to attend court.
Magistrates imposed a fine of £150. He was also ordered to pay £90 in prosecution costs along with a £48 victim surcharge.
The suspended sentence was allowed to continue, with Davies warned that any further breaches could result in the activation of the custodial sentence.
