Defendant did not appear when case was called
FAILING to attend court as required has resulted in a warrant being issued for a Carmarthenshire man.
Scott Williams, aged 32, of Llanelli, was due to appear before Llanelli Magistrates’ Court on Monday (Feb 2) in connection with a failure to surrender to court bail said to have occurred on the same day.
The court heard that Williams did not attend court when required, and the matter was dealt with in his absence.
Magistrates authorised a warrant for his arrest without bail.
