Breach of court order dealt with at Llanelli Magistrates’ Court
A LLANELLI man has been fined after breaching the terms of a community order imposed by the court.
Ryan Thomas, aged 31, of Llanelli, was due to appear before Llanelli Magistrates’ Court on Tuesday (Feb 3) in connection with a breach said to have occurred on January 10, 2026.
The court heard that Thomas failed to comply with the terms of a community order previously imposed by the court. The matter was dealt with in his absence after he failed to attend.
Magistrates imposed a fine of £120. He was also ordered to pay £90 in prosecution costs along with a £48 victim surcharge.
The original community order was allowed to continue, with the court warning that further non-compliance could result in more serious penalties.
